My husband and I are a retired couple from NY who relocated to Richmond, VA to be closer to our 3 grown daughters and 5 grandchildren. We left a lot of family members behind in NY to come here, so we wanted a house big enough to house our 5 grandchildren for sleepovers as well as any NY family that would come to visit, but small enough for us to manage in our “golden” years. We looked at several dozens of properties as well as submitted a couple of offers, before finding this totally renovated 4BR 3 BATH ranch style brick house through an open house advertised on a real estate website. The property was located a little further south from our daughters than we intended to move, but after going to the open house, we knew this property meet 95% of our needs and wants, and above all, was absolutely “move in ready”. At the time, we did not know the house was renovated by Mansion Property Solutions, but we can easily tell it was totally renovated and whoever did it, appeared to have done a magnificent job. After our offer was accepted, we scheduled an inspection, which identified minor defects that were quickly corrected by Mansions PS prior to going to closing. The owner of Mansion Property Solutions, Keishon Charles, was very cooperative during the entire closing process which allowed for a quick closing, less than 1 month after submitting the initial offer, we were moving in. We have now been in our home for little over a month. We had all 3 daughters and their families over, as well as 8 members of our NY family spend a weekend, all agree this is the place for us to be. We are very thankful to Mansion PS for their apparent dedicated passionate work that was put into renovating this property, that we, by the grace of God now call home.
